The Urr Valley Country House Hotel in Castle Douglas has 19 en-suite (shower/bath tub) bedrooms ranging from single rooms, double rooms, twin rooms, family rooms and the romantic suite.
All of the hotel rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and TV.
We have bag, bike & boot storage for walkers/cyclists, Kennel facilities for shooters. Laundry service available (small charge applies) . We have drying and ironing facilities, ample parking for cars and coaches and public areas are Wi-Fi enabled.
Our restaurant caters for a wide variety of tastes including local beef, lamb, seafood and vegetarian dishes.
We also have a small, cosy bar area and also a larger lounge area with log fire where you can relax with a quiet drink.
We are licensed to hold weddings on site, either in the main hall or in the gardens.
